Account Security Layers

Two-factor authentication is available on every account. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger a verification step sent to your registered mobile number or email, adding an extra barrier against unauthorised access.

We keep active-account data for as long as your account is open. After closure, records required by applicable law are retained for the statutory period, then securely deleted. You can request a summary of what we hold.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and residential address at registration. Once you make a deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, we also record transactional data and the payment method used.

Payment data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not store your full UPI handle or Paytm wallet credentials on our servers — only a tokenised reference used to process transactions and match withdrawal requests.

Yes. Submit a subject-access request through the Help Centre or by emailing the privacy team. We will verify your identity, compile your data and deliver it within 30 days, or notify you if we need additional time.

Send a deletion request to our privacy team via the Help Centre form or email. Where no legal obligation requires us to keep your records, we will erase them. We will confirm in writing once deletion is complete.

After account closure, we retain records for the period required by applicable law, which varies by data type. Once that period ends, data is securely and permanently deleted from our systems.
